Investigation and Prosecution of Indian Country Criminal Enterprises

This training, January 7-10, 2014 in Columbia, SC, is designed for federal and tribal investigators and prosecutors who work criminal enterprise - primarily gang and drug - cases in Indian country. This training will cover applicable federal statutes, an overview of gangs in Indian country, ground and air surveillance techniques, utilizing technical equipment, source development, undercover operations, OCDETF Fusion Centers, Project Pinpoint, and an overview of the FBI's Safe Trails Task Force program. Training officers/SACs/SSRAs are invited to nominate individuals from their division or department who would benefit from this training opportunity.
