The Tribal Law and Order Act was signed into law on July 29, 2010. The Act offers a great opportunity to improve the justice systems in Indian country, but implementation will require significant coordination among federal agencies and all components of tribal justice systems. This website will share information and facilitate communication on implementation of Tribal Law and Order Act.
