Police department gets federal grant

Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fisheries Enforcement provides services to four treaty-based tribes who exercise fishing rights on 150 miles of the Columbia River.CRITFE currently staffs 16 positions (11 officers/5 dispatchers) for the Umatilla,Yakama,Warm Springs and Nez Perce Tribes.COPS Hiring Program grant will add one additional patrol officer.
